1. What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function properly and remember your preferences. In addition to cookies, we also use localStorage (local browser storage) to save your preferences.
2. Necessary Cookies (Authentication)
If you sign in to the site, Clerk sets session cookies necessary to maintain your authentication. Without these cookies, account functionality would not work. These cookies are automatically deleted when the session closes or when they expire.
3. Local Storage (Preferences)
We use localStorage (not cookies) to save your preferences on your device. This data does not leave your browser and is not transmitted anywhere:
- rf-theme — your chosen visual theme (vintage or bold)
- rf-lang — your preferred language (Romanian or English)
- rf-gdpr — whether you accepted the cookie notice
- rf-cart — products in your shopping cart
4. Third-Party Cookies
The following third-party services may set their own cookies when you use them:

5. Analytics Cookies
We currently do not use analytics or tracking cookies (Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.). If we add such tools in the future, we will update this page and request your consent.
6. How to Control Cookies
You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings. Note that blocking necessary cookies may affect site functionality (authentication, payment processing).
To clear localStorage data, you can use the "Clear browsing data" option in your browser or the developer tools (DevTools → Application → Local Storage).
