Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 on consumer rights in distance contracts, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date you received the product, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement (for example, an email to comenzi@refashioned.ro) about your decision to withdraw from the contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

2. Return Conditions

For the return to be accepted, the product must be:

  • In the condition it was received, unused and unwashed
  • With all tags attached (if they were present upon receipt)
  • In the original packaging or suitable packaging for transport

Products showing signs of use or damage that did not exist upon receipt cannot be returned.

3. Return Procedure

Steps to return a product:

  • Step 1 — Send an email to comenzi@refashioned.ro with your order number and the product you wish to return
  • Step 2 — You will receive a confirmation with shipping instructions
  • Step 3 — Ship the product to the indicated address
  • Step 4 — After receiving and inspecting the product, we will process the refund

4. Return Shipping Cost

The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer, except in cases where the received product is defective or does not match the description on the website. In such cases, we will cover the return cost.

5. Refund

The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days from the date we received the returned product. The amount will be returned via the same payment method used for the purchase (bank card, through Stripe). No additional fees are charged for the refund.

We reserve the right to delay the refund until the returned product is received or until proof of shipment is provided.

6. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been customized at the buyer's request (specific modifications, adjustments, etc.), in accordance with Art. 16(c) of OUG 34/2014.
