2. Definitions

Seller — the authorized individual (PFA) mentioned in section 1, operating the refashioned.ro online store.
Buyer / Customer — any natural or legal person placing an order on the website.
Product — a second-hand or reimagined clothing item available on the website.
Order — an electronic document confirming the purchase of one or more products.

3. Product Description

Refashioned sells second-hand and reimagined clothing pieces. Each product is unique — there is only one item of each kind. The condition of each product is described on its individual page. Photos reflect reality as closely as possible, but slight color differences may occur due to screen settings.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in RON (Romanian Lei) and include VAT (19%). Payment is made exclusively online by card, processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your card details — they are processed directly by Stripe in a secure environment (PCI DSS compliant).

5. Order and Contract Formation

The distance sales contract is considered concluded when the buyer receives the order confirmation email after successful payment. Products are temporarily reserved during payment processing. If payment is not completed, the reservation is automatically cancelled.

6. Delivery

We deliver exclusively within Romania. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from payment confirmation. Delivery is made by courier within 2–5 business days from dispatch. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before order finalization.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receiving the product, without giving any reason and without additional costs, except for the cost of returning the product.

8. Warranties and Conformity

The products sold are second-hand clothing. The condition of each product is described on its individual page. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted the product description, including any signs of wear mentioned. The legal guarantee of conformity applies according to applicable legislation.

9. Complaints

If the received product does not match the description on the website, you can contact us at comenzi@refashioned.ro within 14 days of receipt. We will review the situation and provide a solution (replacement, refund) as soon as possible.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content (texts, photographs, design, logo) is the property of Refashioned and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written consent is prohibited.

11. Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes will be resolved amicably. If this is not possible, disputes will be settled by the competent courts in Romania.
